Fall To Winter Beauty

Gwen Stefani 8-1024Fall and winter 2012 is quickly approaching and as always our makeup should transcend into a new season. There are many statements gracing the runway that will heat up any cold winter weather. As a makeup fashionista, you want to explore new styles that are wearable for day or night. Whether a bold eye, a pop of lip color, a flush of cheek color or even a hint of glitter, this season you will have many options to choose from.
First and foremost BOLD is back…and I’m so ecstatic. Recently, we’ve seen subtle makeup with accents of color. It’s now time to go back to drama, drama and more drama.  I thoroughly enjoy designing a makeup look that’s hot, bold and my all time favorite a sexy smokey eye. To make this look wearable for everyday, pick a fun color, add your liquid liner, mascara, and of course lashes for the more daring.

MAC REDAnother trend that seems to travel from season to season is a red lip. This classic look has been around for decades on some of the most famous faces. A red lip gives a pop color, a chic appearance and most appropriately can liven up any party. Try Sothys Red lipstick for its satin finish that will give you the perfect red intensity youare looking for. Tip: Always use a matching lip liner before applying lipstick. It will not only last longer but also will keepyour color from bleeding).

With bold eyes or lips, you want to create is subtle, soft cheek that gives you that much needed glow to balance out your makeup. But, my Divalicious Divas if you really want to take this year’strend to a new level add some glitter accents on your nails, eye shadow, or even cheekbones. Either way you will make a lasting impression.
